Our Preliminary Pricing Service makes sure there aren’t any nasty surprises when it comes to your build or budget. We complete three budget checks before starting work and run through every aspect of the project with you, so we’re on the same page from the beginning. We recommend you engage this service as early as possible.
With this service you receive:
- Full itemised line by line project cost breakdown
- Realistic allowances for consent costs, professional fees and design costs
- All included fixtures and fittings priced
- All demolition and/or excavation costed properly
- Site visit to confirm all dimensions and pre-planning
- All subcontractors pricing
- Full project price inclusive of GST
We are experts in cost engineering to provide suitable alternatives without compromising on design and quality. We have formed an extensive list of experienced sub-contractors to provide up to date and accurate information as part of this service.
We charge for this service to ensure to it gets the focus and attention to detail required. Fees are only charged for the time we put in. This fee varies from one project to the next, please see a rough guide below based on project value:
