We aren’t a building company with one set way of doing things; we work alongside you to incorporate your ideas and design choices in a way that suits your project and budget.
To stay in control of our high-quality standards we complete as much of your build in-house as we can, using minimal subcontractors. We find our customers appreciate this as having fewer contractors involved also helps to keep the build price down.
For your peace of mind, we complete a detailed checklist at every major stage of the build and finish up with a 100-point checklist at the end of the project.

Trade Qualifications
Our director and lead builder Matt is a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Building and holds a Licensed Building Practitioner Site 2. Matt also holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Level 6. Matt understands the importance of ensuring projects are run efficiently and also holds a New Zealand Diploma in Competitive Systems and Practices Level 5.
